Cowdenbeath player/manager Colin Nish has signed defender Fraser Kerr, who was released by Motherwell at the end of the season.
The 22-year-old, capped by Scotland at U21 level, began his career at Birmingham City and had a spell on loan at Fir Park before signing a permanent deal in the summer of 2013.
Meanwhile, Robbie Buchanan has returned to parent club Hearts after his loan deal with the Blue Brazil.
