Albion Rovers have won four of their five games at Cliftonhill this season.
This is the first meeting between the teams in Coatbridge since April 1985.
Dunfermline have won five, drawn one and lost one of their seven away games.
Dunfermline ran out 3-0 winners when the sides met at East End Park on October 3.
