Scott Linton's penalty earned Clyde an opening-day win at Stirling Albion.
Clyde were 2-0 winners when the teams met at Broadwood in May.
Queen's Park came out on top 2-0 in the first Broadwood meeting last season.
Clyde were narrowly beaten by Livingston in the Petrofac Training Cup and League Cup.
East Fife (7th) v Berwick Rangers (2nd)
Berwick won 3-2, 3-2 and 4-1 in the three league and cup games at Bayview last season.
East Fife won on both of their visits to Shielfield last season.
East Fife were beaten 1-0 by East Stirlingshire at Ochilview last weekend.
Berwick Rangers kicked off in Ladbrokes League 2 with a 2-1 home victory against Montrose.

Montrose won 3-0 at Links Park when the sides last met in March of this year.
Goalkeeper David Crawford scored in Arbroath's 5-1 win at Links Park last October.
The sides met six times overall last season - four league, two Scottish Cup.
Arbroath lost 3-0 to Elgin last week while Montrose went down 2-1 at Berwick.
