East Fife came from behind to beat second-placed Dunfermline 2-1 at East End Park.
Lawrence Shankland had the Pars ahead but Liam Buchanan equalised with a penalty early in the second half and Nathan Austin won it late on.
Ayr United had Michael Donald sent off in the first half but beat bottom club Arbroath 2-1 at Somerset Park. Craig Malcolm's opener was cancelled out by Kevin Kyle but Michael Moffat struck before half-time.
Airdrieonians defeated Forfar 5-1 at the Excelsior Stadium with goals from Gregor Buchanan, Jamie Bain, Keigan Parker, Jim Lister and Liam Watt. Dale Hilson scored for the Loons, who had Iain Campbell sent off.
Stranraer and Stenhousemuir drew 1-1 at Stair Park. Jamie Longworth gave the Blues an early lead but Stephen Stirling was sent off after the break and David Rowson levelled in stoppage time.
