The Ladbrokes League 2 clubs will discover their Scottish Cup opponents when the draw for round two is made at Hampden at 2.00pm on Thursday.
They will be joined in the hat by the 18 first-round winners plus the top two from last season's Highland and Lowland League - Brora Rangers, Turriff United, Edinburgh City and East Kilbride.
Second-round ties are due to be played on Saturday October 24.
