There are three games in League 2 on Tuesday night, all of them postponed from Saturday due to the fourth round of the William Hill Scottish Cup.
Annan Athletic (8) v Albion Rovers (3) – Tuesday, 7.45pm
Rovers won 2-1 when the sides met at Cliftonhill in August and Darren Young’s side have lost just once away from home in League 2, conceding only two goals in six matches. Annan are in eighth place but are only three points outside the top four. Both teams drew 1-1 in the Scottish Cup on Saturday – Annan at home to Brechin and Albion Rovers away to Berwick.
Elgin City (10) v Arbroath (1) – Tuesday, 7.45pm
Jim Weir takes charge of Elgin for the first time after he was last week named as the new boss at Borough Briggs following the resignation of Barry Wilson. A late Simon Murray goal was the difference when the sides met at Gayfield in September and Arbroath are two points clear at the top, with their hosts at the bottom of the table. Allan Moore’s men go into the game on the back of a 5-0 victory at Bo’ness United in the Scottish Cup.
Montrose (9) v Berwick Rangers (5) – Tuesday, 7.45pm
Montrose have slipped to second from bottom in the table after a poor run of results while Berwick are just a point outside the top four. George Shields’ side have lost four of their six games at Links Park this season but earned a 2-2 draw at Shielfield in October. This is Berwick’s first away game since they beat East Stirlingshire 2-0 at Ochilview on November 8.
