Leaders Arbroath went down 3-1 away to Berwick Rangers, who scored through Lee Currie, Paul Willis and Andy Russell after Thomas Grant had given the visitors the lead.

Second-placed Albion Rovers lost 2-0 to Clyde at Cliftonhill, where Steven McDougall and Scott Ferguson were on target for Barry Ferguson's men.

Queen's Park, in third, were beaten 2-0 by fourth-placed Annan at Galabank - Josh Todd and Peter Weatherson scoring in the second half.

Bottom club East Stirlingshire earned a vital 1-0 win over Elgin City at Ochilview thanks to a late penalty from David McKenna.

East Fife ran out 3-0 winners at Montrose, with goals from Sean Dickson, Ross Brown and Fraser Mullen.
