Dunfermline thumped Cowdenbeath 5-1 in the first round of the competition and suffered their first setback of the season on Saturday when they lost 2-1 at Peterhead. Dundee head for East End Park on the back of a 2-0 defeat at Aberdeen.
East Fife v Motherwell - Tuesday, 7.45pm
East Fife caused an upset in round one, beating Dumbarton on penalties after a 1-1 draw, and are one of six teams who share the lead in Ladbrokes League 2. Motherwell travel to Methil having lost 2-1 to St Johnstone at the weekend.
Forfar Athletic v Heart of Midlothian - Tuesday, 7.45pm
It's the Ladbrokes League 1 leaders against the Ladbrokes Premiership frontrunners at Station Park. Forfar, who won 2-0 at Queen's Park in round one, beat Stenhousemuir 4-1 on Saturday while Hearts saw off Partick Thistle 3-0.
Kilmarnock v Berwick Rangers - Tuesday, 7.45pm
Kilmarnock are in need of a boost after a heavy defeat to Ross County on Saturday and face a Berwick side who edged out Alloa 3-2 after extra time in the first round. Colin Cameron's men beat Stirling Albion 3-1 at Forthbank on Saturday.
Partick Thistle v Falkirk - Tuesday, 7.45pm
Falkirk were comfortable 5-0 winners over East Stirlingshire in round one and Peter Houston's men have made a good start in the Ladbrokes Championship. Thistle are still looking for their first victory of 2015/16.
Queen of South v Morton - Tuesday, 7.45pm
Queen of the South survived a big scare to win 4-3 at Annan after extra time in round one while Morton thrashed Elgin City 5-0 at Cappielow. Queens have made a great start in the Ladbrokes Championship, winning three games out of three.
Raith Rovers v Hamilton Accies - Tuesday, 7.45pm
Raith Rovers beat Albion Rovers 3-0 in the first round and defeated Alloa by the same score in the Ladbrokes Championship on Saturday. Accies are in good shape after recent victories over Dundee United (4-0) and Inverness CT (2-0).
Ross County v Ayr United - Tuesday, 7.45pm
Ross County are on a high after thumping Kilmarnock 4-0 at Rugby Park on Saturday while Ian McCall's men head north on the back of a 2-1 win at Stranraer and having defeated Brechin in round one.
St Mirren v Livingston - Tuesday, 7.45pm
St Mirren received a bye in the first round while Livingston edged out Clyde 1-0 after extra time. Saints drew 0-0 with Morton at Cappielow on Friday night while their Ladbrokes Championship rivals were beaten 2-1 by Falkirk on Saturday.
Airdrieonians v Rangers - Wednesday, 7.45pm
Rangers are bidding to maintain their 100% start to the season under Mark Warburton, which included a 3-0 win over Peterhead in the League Cup first round. Airdrie knocked out Stirling Albion and were 2-1 winners at Brechin in Ladbrokes League 1 on Saturday.
Hibernian v Stranraer - Wednesday, 7.45pm
Hibernian knocked out Montrose in the first round while Stranraer overcame Stenhousemuir. Hibs go into the game on the back of a 1-0 defeat at Ibrox on Sunday, with Stranraer losing 2-1 at home to Ayr on Saturday.
