Stranraer have signed defender Liam Dick, who impressed during a loan spell from Falkirk last season.
The 20-year-old now makes the move to Stair Park on a permanent deal as Blues boss Brian Reid prepares for 2016/17.
Stranraer have signed Frank McKeown, Scott Agnew and Smart Osadolor this summer while keeper Cammy Belford has also put pen to paper, having been on loan from Wrexham.
