Annan have been given a boost after last season's top scorer Kenny MacKay agreed a deal for the 2014/15 campaign.
MacKay scored 14 goals after stepping up from Greenock Juniors and was on the shortlist for PFA Scotland League 2 Player of the Year.
Defender Peter Watson, who has made close to 200 appearances for Jim Chapman's side, has also signed on for next season.
