Dunfermline Athletic have signed midfielder Rhys McCabe ahead of Saturday's Ladbrokes League 1 game against Stenhousemuir at Ochilview.
The 23-year-old former Rangers player moved to Sheffield Wednesday in 2012 and also had a loan stint with Portsmouth during his time down south.
McCabe, who has been capped by Scotland at U21 level, left Hillsborough in May and trained with St Johnstone for a spell but has now joined up with Allan Johnston's side at East End Park
