Montrose have signed winger Connor McLaren following his departure from St Johnstone in May.
The 20-year-old was with Celtic as a youngster and had a spell on loan at Stirling Albion last season.
He now links up with Stewart Petrie's squad ahead of Saturday's Betfred Cup tie away to local rivals Arbroath.
