Dundee defender Willie Dyer has agreed a new one-year deal ahead of the club's forthcoming Scottish Premiership campaign.
The 27-year-old ex-St Johnstone, Brechin and Raith Rovers left-back moved to Dens Park from Morton last summer and was a key player in the run-in as Paul Hartley's men clinched the Championship title.
Hartley told the Dundee website: "I’m very pleased that Willie has agreed new terms as he was one of the most consistent performers in the run-up to winning the league.
"He deserves his chance to prove himself in the top division and I know he can’t wait for the new season to start - he is keen to keep improving his game and that is the spirit we need here”.
