Dundee United have signed winger Tope Obadeyi on a one-year contract following his departure from Kilmarnock.

Dundee United have signed winger Tope Obadeyi on a one-year contract following his departure from Kilmarnock.

The 26-year-old, whose former clubs include Bolton, Rio Ave, Plymouth and Bury, joins Stewart Murdoch (Ross County), Cammy Bell (Rangers) and Lewis Toshney (Raith Rovers) at Tannadice.

United boss Ray McKinnon told the club website: "I am delighted to get Tope. He’s a strong, powerful and quick player. He scored 10 goals in the Premiership last year and he will bring lots to our team. We will need big physical players and he fits the bill."
