Peterhead manager Jim McInally has completed a double signing ahead of Saturday's Betfred Cup tie at home to East Fife.
Former Partick Thistle and Hibernian midfielder Paul Cairney moves to Balmoor after a spell at Ayr United and Nigerian-born Samson Gabriel, who also plays in midfield, has put pen to paper after impressing on trial.
The Blue Toon have already snapped up Mason Robertson (Stenhousemuir), Willie Gibson (Stranraer), Russell McLean (East Kilbride), Greg Fleming (Ayr United) and David McCracken (Falkirk) for season 2017/18.
