Petrofac Training Services has today launched a search for local talent to feature at this season’s Final between Livingston and Alloa Athletic – as part of the day’s all-action Fanzone.
Livingston and Alloa meet at McDiarmid Park on Sunday 5 April, with a spectacular day of entertainment planned, including the much-heralded Fanzone for all ticket holders, with entertainment for supporters of all ages.
The search is now on for local acts, from Clackmannanshire and West Lothian, as well as host town Perth, to come along on the day and entertain spectators before they head into McDiarmid Park for the on-pitch action.
Dance troupes, choirs, bands, gymnastic display teams or even solo performers; all entertainers are welcome to apply. Those who think they can entertain the masses will find this is the perfect opportunity!
Jill Tough, Marketing Manager at Petrofac Training Services, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for a local performer or group to share the Petrofac Training Cup Final limelight and showcase their talent to people in their local area.
“The Fanzone is all about making the Cup Final as fun as possible for supporters, and we are looking forward to adding some local talent to the experience for everyone to enjoy on the day.”
Neil Doncaster, SPFL Chief Executive, added: “We are set for a really special, highly community-focused final between Livingston and Alloa, and this opportunity for local talent to perform is absolutely in the spirit of what the SPFL and our title sponsors Petrofac Training Services are putting on for this final.”
