There are several important games across three divisions of the SPFL this midweek, with nine matches on Tuesday and one on Wednesday.

Aberdeen head for Fir Park knowing a draw will be enough to move above Rangers and into second place in the Ladbrokes Premiership but Motherwell must win to keep alive their slim hopes of making the top six. Hibernian, who occupy fourth spot, take on Hamilton Accies at Easter Road with the visitors five points clear of the relegation zone.

There's a huge match in Dingwall as bottom club Ross County take on a Partick Thistle side who are immediately above them in the table. A win for the Staggies would see them go above the Jags on goal difference but a defeat would leave them detached at the foot.

It's a big Tuesday night in the Ladbrokes Championship, with eight clubs in action. Second-placed Livingston are away to Dunfermline Athletic, who have climbed into the play-off places after a good run of form. Dundee United, who are behind the Pars on goal difference but have two games in hand, meet ninth-placed Dumbarton at Tannadice.

Queen of the South and Falkirk also have play-off ambitions as they prepare to go head to head at Palmerston. Inverness Caley Thistle are at home to relegated Brechin City, who are still looking for their first win.

The Ladbrokes League 2 games between Berwick Rangers and Stenhousemuir and Cowdenbeath and Montrose have been postponed.

On Wednesday, Ladbrokes Premiership leaders Celtic will be hoping to take another step towards retaining their title when they host Dundee.
