Raith Rovers have signed striker Jon Daly on a short-term deal until January following his departure from Rangers in the summer.
The 32-year-old had been training recently with former club Dundee United but has now linked up with Ray McKinnon's men.
Daly was on the books of Stockport County between 1998 and 2005 and had two years at Hartlepool United before moving to Tannadice in January 2007.
Rovers host Hamilton Accies in the League Cup second round on Tuesday and take on Hibernian at Easter Road in the Ladbrokes Championship on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Stark's Park midfielder Ross Callachan is facing an extended spell on the sidelines after suffering a dislocated shoulder on Sunday.
