Raith Rovers have announced the signings of Rudi Skacel and Declan McManus as manager Gary Locke strengthens his squad for 2016/17.
Attacking midfielder Skacel, 37, can count Marseille, Southampton and Hearts among his former clubs and was most recently with Mlada Boleslav, while 21-year-old striker McManus joins on loan from Fleetwood Town, having previously played for Aberdeen and Morton.
Chairman Alan Young told the club website: "It’s really tremendous we have been able to bring in players of the quality of Declan and Rudi, and we couldn’t have done so without Stuart Couser (Fife Letting Service) and Colin Smart's (Kingdom Homes) support to the player budget."
