Rangers strengthened their grip on second place in the Ladbrokes Premiership with a 2-0 win over Hearts at Ibrox on Saturday.
Rob Kiernan and Barrie McKay got the goals for Mark Warburton's side as they gained revenge for a recent defeat at Tynecastle.
Third-placed Aberdeen drew 0-0 with St Johnstone at Pittodrie and it also finished goalless between Motherwell and Kilmarnock and Dundee and Ross County.
Inverness CT moved off the foot of the table with a 1-1 draw against Hamilton Accies in the Highland capital. Ali Crawford gave the visitors the lead but Larnell Cole equalised for Caley Thistle early in the second half.
