Rangers beat Albion Rovers 2-0 in the William Hill Scottish Cup quarter-final replay on Monday night.
Fraser Aird opened the scoring in 18 minutes and Jon Daly added the second goal early in the second half as the League 2 club's remarkable run in the tournament finally came to an end at New Douglas Park.
Ally McCoist's men will now face Dundee United in the semi-final at Ibrox on Saturday April 12.
