Edinburgh City have signed former Hibernian striker Derek Riordan on a short-term deal until the end of the season.
The 34-year-old Scotland internationalist has been without a club since leaving York City in the summer – he has previously played for Celtic, St Johnstone, Bristol Rovers, Alloa and East Fife.
Riordan was on the bench as City claimed a crucial 2-1 win at Central Park on Tuesday night to move seven points clear of bottom club Cowdenbeath in Ladbrokes League 2.
