Stephen Robinson is aiming to steer Motherwell to their first major trophy since the 1991 Scottish Cup when they play Celtic on Sunday.
The Steelmen face the Hoops in the Betfred Cup Final, live on BT Sport at 3.00pm, having only won the tournament on one previous occasion back in 1950/51.
Celtic are 64 games unbeaten in Scottish football but Well have already knocked out Aberdeen and Rangers to reach this stage.
Robinson said: "We know we’ve got a tough task ahead of us but we know our game-plan, we believe in ourselves as a team and we’re confident too. Let’s hope we can go out there and make history for our football club.
"We know there’s been a lot of anticipation for this one. The fans and the town have been looking forward to it since we beat Rangers in the semi-final.
“We couldn’t be more ready for this. We’ve prepared well all week and obviously come into this one on the back of an encouraging performance and result away to Aberdeen."
