Albion Rovers are looking to loan out Martin McGuire to get him game time before the end of the season with a move to the junior ranks a possibility for the former Morton defender.
The 20 year old has only managed to get two starts in this campaign due to the form of the Dunlop brothers, Michael and Ross, in the centre of the Cliftonhill defence and a temporary move to the junior ranks is being discussed.
Manager James Ward said: “We have to be fair to Martin in terms of him developing as a player. He will do that better by playing games than sitting watching us.”
