Peterhead manager Jim McInally has made Stranraer defender Scott Rumsby his first signing of the close season.
The 22-year-old centre-half was previously with Aberdeen and makes the move to Balmoor after leaving Stair Park last month.
Blue Toon boss McInally is expected to announce further new additions to his squad ahead of their 2016/17 campaign in Ladbrokes League 1.
