Jack Ross's team sealed their return to the top flight with a 0-0 draw against closest challengers Livingston at the weekend and conclude their campaign at Falkirk on April 28.
This is the fifth time the Buddies have won the second-tier title in Scottish football and ends a three-season stay in the Championship.
