Alloa and Forfar will contest the Championship play-off final on Wednesday and next Sunday, with both legs live on BBC ALBA.

Alloa progressed 2-1 on aggregate against Brechin City, despite going down 1-0 to an Alan Trouten goal at the Indodrill Stadium on Saturday.

Forfar, who beat Stranraer 3-0 on Wednesday, completed the job with a 1-1 draw at Stair Park. Chris Aitken gave the Blues hope with a penalty late in the first half but Gavin Swankie equalised from the spot early in the second period.

Tony Quinn scored a dramatic late winner as Queen's Park edged out Arbroath 1-0 after extra time at Hampden to book a place in the League 1 play-off final.

The Spiders will meet Stenhousemuir, who saw off East Fife 3-1 after extra time at Ochilview for a 4-2 aggregate success.

Kieran Millar's early goal was cancelled out by Jonathan Page with just three minutes left but Jamie McCormack and Craig Sutherland scored in extra time to send Brown Ferguson's team through to the two-legged decider.

A Marvin Andrews own goal gave Brora Rangers a 1-0 advantage in the play-off for a place in League 2 next season but Montrose are at home in the second leg on Saturday.
