Ahead of this weekend’s international break, we take a look at some of the numbers from the season so far across the four divisions of the SPFL:
562 A total of 562 goals have been scored in the 194 matches played this season, for an average of 2.90 per game. Rangers are the leading scorers with 31 goals and Dunfermline are just behind on 30 goals. There have been 90 home wins, 68 away wins and 36 draws.
0 Rangers are the only team still to suffer a defeat, having won all nine of their games in the Ladbrokes Championship. Celtic, Falkirk and Ayr United have lost only one league match, with Ayr's sole defeat coming on the opening day.
4 Hibernian have the best defensive record in the SPFL. Alan Stubbs' side have conceded only four goals in eight Ladbrokes Championship games - their trip to Falkirk was postponed - and have climbed to third place in the table. At the other end of the scale, Cowdenbeath have shipped 26 goals - a tally that has seen them slip to the foot of Ladbrokes League 1.
3 Ladbrokes League 2 has been tight since the start and a mere three points separate the top seven clubs at the end of the first quarter. Annan Athletic lead the way, with East Fife a point back and Queen's Park and Montrose occupying the play-off places.
5 Peterhead are the country's draw specialists, having shared the spoils in five of their nine matches in Ladbrokes League 1. In contrast, Aberdeen, Rangers, Raith Rovers, Stranraer, Queen's Park, Montrose and East Stirlingshire have yet to record a single draw in 2015/16.
