Dumbarton have brought in 18 year old defender Callum Thomson from St Mirren on loan until the end of the season as cover for Andy Graham and Mark McLaughlin. Thomson who is part of St Mirren's under-20 squad however he has yet to play a first team game for the Paisley side.
Sons boss Ian Murray said: “With Aaron Barry back down the road at Sheffield United we are a bit short of defenders so I am delighted to bring Callum in. He travelled with us to Alloa at weekend but joined too late to be involved however he will come into my thoughts form here on in.”
