Dumbarton have signed defender Kieran MacDonald on loan from Hamilton Accies until January.
The 21-year-old former Motherwell player spent two seasons with Clyde before moving to New Douglas Park in the summer.
Sons boss Ian Murray told the club website: "Kieran comes in to give us options on the left side. I'm looking to freshen things up a wee bit and there will be a few players being given the option of going on loan."
