Peterhead striker Rory McAllister is the first player to score five goals in an SPFL game since the SFL and SPL merged in June 2013.
The former Inverness CT and Brechin City forward hit a first-half hat-trick and added two more goals in the second half of a thrilling 5-3 win over Falkirk in the Petrofac Training Cup.
The likes of Kris Boyd (twice), Kenny Miller and Gary Hooper all scored five goals in a single SPL match but McAllister is the first to achieve the feat under the new set-up.
