Peterhead have signed 24-year-old striker Shane Sutherland on a one-year contract from Elgin City.
The former Inverness Caley Thistle forward was nominated for PFA Scotland League 2 Player of the Year in 2014/15 after a good season with Jim Weir's side.
Blue Toon boss Jim McInally told the club website: "I have been chasing Shane to sign for Peterhead for a while now and I am delighted he has now put pen to paper. It gives us great options up front, together with Rory McAllister and Andy Rodgers."
Meanwhile, American midfielder Kevin Dzierzawski, who was on loan from Queen of the South last season, is set to complete a permanent move to Balmoor.
A Peterhead spokesman said: "We have received acceptance from the SFA to allow Kevin to proceed with his application for a work permit. The application should now be a formality and we hope to see Kevin back in the UK by the end of June. He has agreed a two-year deal and will train on a full-basis with Paul Hartley's squad at Dundee."
