Striker Shane Sutherland has re-joined Elgin City in Ladbrokes League 2 after spending last season with Peterhead.
The 25-year-old former Inverness Caley Thistle forward is one of five new players at Borough Briggs for 2016/17.
Manager Jim Weir has also brought in midfielders Kieran Stewart and Jamie Reid from Arbroath and attacking duo Chris Dodd and Chris McLeish from Junior side Jeanfield Swifts.
