Craig Fowler selects his SPFL Team of the Week, with Youssouf Mulumbu of Kilmarnock the star man for his performance against Celtic.

GK - Jon McLaughlin (Heart of Midlothian)
Hearts were not at their best on Saturday but still managed to pull out a 1-0 victory over St Johnstone at Tynecastle. That was achieved largely because of the heroics of their goalkeeper, who pulled off several fine stops in the win.

DR - Chris O'Neil (Airdrieonians)
The ex-Diamonds defender is back on loan from Brechin City and impressed at the weekend. O’Neil was a force both defensively and in attack as Airdrie defeated Forfar Athletic 1-0 to move eight points clear of the relegation play-off place.

DC - Jack Baird (St Mirren)
The defender was a towering presence as the Buddies continued to march on at the top of the Ladbrokes Championship with a 2-0 home win over Queen of the South. Jack Ross’s side are now 14 points clear of Dundee United, although the Terrors have two games in hand.

DC - Darren Barr (Stirling Albion)
The debutant showed class and composure at the heart of the Binos defence as Dave Mackay’s men earned a welcome three points against Elgin City. Lee Hamilton also impressed in the centre of defence in a 3-1 win against their play-off rivals and Darren Smith weighed in with two goals.

DL - Andrew Considine (Aberdeen)
Two goals from the Dons defender who threatened to net his second hat-trick in the space of 12 months - what a story that would have been! Derek McInnes’s side comfortably disposed of Hamilton Accies, lifting themselves six points above Rangers in second.

MC - Youssouf Mulumbu (Kilmarnock)
The DR Congo midfielder put in a thoroughly dominant performance in front of the TV cameras as Killie bettered the reigning champions in the Saturday lunchtime kick-off. Not only did Mulumbu easily win the battle in the centre of the park, he also helped create and score the only goal. He is this week’s star man.

MC - Scott Allan (Hibernian)
What a second debut for the returning Hibs midfielder. He was superb against Rangers, rising to the occasion as he pulled the strings in the centre. He then won Hibs the penalty from which fellow January signing Jamie Maclaren would settle the contest.

MC - Gary Harkins (Morton)
Yet another inclusion for the experienced playmaker who is in stunning form for Jim Duffy’s team. Once again he was pulling the strings as Morton defeated Dunfermline 2-1 at Cappielow.

FC - Alex Schalk (Ross County)
The Dutch striker netted twice as County ended their long wait for a league victory and moved themselves to within three points of safety. Owen Coyle, and Jim McIntyre before him, has been chopping and changing the forward line in the hope of finding the right combination. In Schalk and January signing David Ngog he may just have found the answer he was looking for.

FC - Ross Stewart (Alloa Athletic)
While he may have been gifted the winner by Ayr United’s unfortunate goalkeeper Jack Ruddy, Stewart’s performance went beyond his goal. He was a handful for the home defence throughout as Alloa moved into fourth place with a 2-1 success at Somerset.

FC - Willis Furtado (Raith Rovers)
The former Airdrieonians attacker has impressed since joining his new side and he further wowed the fans at Hampden Park on Saturday, blasting in a terrific finish from outside the area for Rovers’ second goal in a 3-1 win as they moved top of Ladbrokes League 1.
