Partick Thistle claimed an important 2-0 win over St Johnstone in the Ladbrokes Premiership at Firhill on Tuesday night.
Kris Doolan opened the scoring in 72 minutes, just after coming off the bench, and fellow substitute David Amoo netted the clincher late on.
The victory sees Alan Archibald's side climb to eighth place and they are now only three points outside the top six in a tightly-packed table.
