Third-placed Hibernian drew 0-0 with Morton at Cappielow.
Dumbarton secured their Championship status by hitting back to beat St Mirren 2-1 at the Cheaper Insurance Direct Stadium. Calum Gallagher gave Saints an early lead but a Keith Watson own goal levelled matters and Garry Fleming struck nine minutes after the break.
Livingston are facing a play-off to stay up after losing 3-1 to Queen of the South at Palmerston. Sam Stanton gave Livi an interval lead but a Derek Lyle double, one a penalty, and Gary Oliver turned things round for the Doonhamers.
