Raith Rovers have brought 31 year old striker Gary Wales back to Stark’s Park on a short term deal after the former Hamilton Accies, Hearts and Kilmarnock front man impressed during training and in a reserve fixture against Livingston on Tuesday night.
Wales left Stark’s Park just before the club clinched the Second Division title in April 2009 as he looked to build a career in Australia, however he has returned with Manager John McGlynn saying, “Everyone will be hoping that he can repeat the form he showed in his first stint here. He is fit and available for selection.”
