St Mirren boss Alex Rae has signed Rangers midfielder Tom Walsh on loan until January 2017 as he builds his squad for the new season.
The 20-year-old made his debut for the Ibrox side against Stirling Albion in December 2012 and has also had loan spells at Stenhousemuir and Dumbarton.

Walsh could make his first appearance for Saints in Tuesday night's Betfred Cup Group G tie against Ayr United in Paisley.
