Stenhousemuir have roped in a local Boxing Club to help get their Youth Academy players in tip top shape. The Warriors are sending their players from under- 11 upwards to the Golden Gloves Boxing Club in Kilsyth to be put through their paces as they work on balance, footwork and upper body strength.
An Ochilview spokesperson said, “The boys work on these areas as well as building their confidence. The sessions have been a great hit and welcomed by all.”
