Falkirk boss Peter Houston has made former Raith Rovers defender Paul Watson his third signing of the summer.
The 24-year-old had spent the last two seasons at Stark's Park but turned down the offer of a new deal for 2015/16.
He joins fellow new signings Danny Rogers (on loan from Aberdeen) and Bob McHugh (Motherwell) at the Falkirk Stadium.
