Kilmarnock going for 10 games unbeaten, Championship chance for St Mirren and tight title races in Leagues 1 & 2 – check out the numbers here:

9 Kilmarnock are on the best current unbeaten run of any team in the SPFL. Their nine-game sequence of seven wins and two draws is one better than Hibernian and Ayr United, who are both undefeated in their last eight league outings. Killie are aiming to make it 10 games without loss when they play bottom club Partick Thistle at The Energy Check Stadium at Firhill on Saturday.

2 Hibernian have lost just two away games in the Ladbrokes Premiership and still harbour hopes of finishing second in their first season back in the top flight. Neil Lennon’s side are fourth in the table, one point behind Rangers and four short of Aberdeen. Hibs head to Dingwall on Saturday, with the Staggies off the bottom after beating Partick Thistle in midweek.

3 St Mirren are closing in on their third second-tier title since Scottish football was restructured into four divisions in 1994/95. They were champions in 1999/00 and again in 2005/06 and will seal a hat-trick if they beat Brechin City on Saturday and closest challengers Livingston fail to defeat Morton.

2 Only two points separate Dunfermline Athletic, Dundee United and Morton in the Ladbrokes Championship play-off race. Morton, who are just outside the top four, are away to second-placed Livingston while United travel to Dumbarton, who they beat at Tannadice on Tuesday. Dunfermline are away to local rivals Falkirk, with both teams on good unbeaten runs.

12 Ladbrokes League 1 leaders Ayr United have won more away games than any other SPFL side this season. Ian McCall's men have racked up 12 victories on their travels and are aiming to make it 13 when they face Airdrieonians at the Excelsior Stadium. Celtic, Rangers and Peterhead have all won 11 times away from home.

64 Peterhead and Montrose are both on 64 points at the top of Ladbrokes League 2, with the Blue Toon leading the way on goal difference. Jim McInally's men make the long haul south to take on Berwick Rangers while Montrose are away to third-placed Stirling Albion.
