" Your health needs are individual to you...

Keep Well has delivered over 2000 health checks for 40-64 year olds across the region which have been very well received.  We offer a health check which is designed to assess your risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes and other unseen conditions, looking at the likes of your cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar.

Anyone who want to make changes to their health and wellbeing after the health check are offered referral to our health coaching service.  With the assistance of a health coach you then identify your own goals. The health coach then helps facilitate you with the skills to achieve these goals.

Health coaching incorporates the behaviour change model and motivational interviewing to unlock a person's potential to maximise their own performance.
