Queen’s Park’s speedy winger David Murray looks set to miss the opening Cup games of the season after suffering a recurrence of the hamstring injury that cut his campaign short last term in pre-season training.
The former Celtic and St Mirren youngster is rated a doubt already for the tie against Hamilton Accies at Hampden in the Ramsdens Cup on July 23 and the Scottish Communities League Cup at Ross County one week later.
