Forfar Athletic have announced the double signing of midfielder Mark Millar and striker Ouzy See.
Millar is an experienced player, who has had spells with Celtic, Falkirk, Dundee United, Queen of the South and, most recently, Livingston.
See, 22, impressed in Edinburgh City's debut season in the SPFL and a compensation payment has been agreed that allows the former Selkirk forward to move to Station Park.
