There were some smiles down Firhill way in the aftermath of Sunday’s Ramsdens Cup defeat from Queen of the South as the club announced a new two year sponsorship deal with macb water.
The flavoured water company will have their logo on Jags’ jerseys for the next two years regardless of whether promotion to the SPL is achieved and club chairman David Beattie is delighted by their commitment.
Beattie said: “We have built a strong relationship with macb since they first came on board and we are delighted they are staying with us for at least the next two years. We feel we make a great team and their support is invaluable.”
“This has been an amazing season for everyone at Firhill, not without its dramas, and it’s reassuring to know our main sponsor macb water is with us all the way whatever happens on the park. We both believe we are stronger and better together.”
Calli O’Brien, Brand Manager for macb said “We’re proud to be continuing our partnership with Partick Thistle. As far as we’re concerned, it is a very special club, from its rich history, to the fact it’s so family-friendly.”
“At macb we believe in building partnerships that really mean something. That’s why we’re delighted to be able to offer this support to Partick Thistle to help them fund great initiatives like ‘Kids Go Free’.
